Payments, Payment Plans & Refunds

1. Payment is available through PayPal invoice and Ko-Fi donation and SFW commissions request. Payment is expected upfront after the initial sketch is approved.2.Payment plans are available to be split in two: Half upon initial sketch approval and half upon flat color approval. A commission will not be finished until it is paid in full.3. All WIP commissions will be sent with AI-disturbance filters and watermarks. Finished commission will come with a 75% AI-disturbance filter with watermark, and one without AI-disturbance and without watermark.4. Refunds are available in full up until the shading and rendering phase. After the commission has begun the shading and rendering phase, refunds will not be issued and are not available.5. If you are unsatisfied with your final product, you must give me a definitive reason, and I will offer a 50% refund. I have discretion as to if I will issue the refund or not, and a 50% refund due to dissatisfaction is not guarenteed.

Artistic Process and Liberty

1. My process involves: Concept -> Rough Sketch -> Final Sketch -> Linework -> Flat Color -> Shading -> Rendering2. WIPs (Work in Progress) will be sent at each stage. Approval is required after the concept, final sketch and flat color stage before I proceed further, unless explicitly said otherwise.3. I am happy to send WIPs at any time throughout my process at request. Asking for WIPs does not make the process go faster, nor does it put your piece at the top of the queue.4. All commissions are completed first come first serve. Rush commissions are commissions that have paid an extra fee to be put at the top and finished with priority. Everyone is welcome to view my queue process on my Trello, where there is additional information.5. My commissions are done on IbisPaintX and Clip Studio. Raw files will incur an additional fee, and so will speed paints. However, I am happy to share screenshots of file layers at no additional charge.6. My process is 100% no generative AI. Absolutely no AI agents, machines or prompts are used in the creation of my art.

Sketch Farming and Concept Farming

1. Sketch and concept farming are prohibited. The following revision policy is as follows per commission without incurring an additional fee:
3 concepts are allowed
2 rough sketches
2 final sketches
2 flat colors
2. Any additional revisions will require an additional fee. The price of the fee is at my discretion and will reflect the time spent. You are welcome to refund. For more information, please see #4 and #5 under Payment and Payment Plans

AI Usage

1. No generative AI is used in the process of my artwork. This means no AI agents, no AI machines and no AI prompts are used. My artwork is 100% human made.
2. AI disturbance filters are given to every customer over one variation of their commissions. It is highly recommended to please use this variation when posting online to avoid feeding my artwork into AI. AI disturbance filters look like faint colorful squiggles over the artwork, and do not affect the viewing experience too much.
3. Do NOT feed my artwork into generative AI. If it is found that you do, you will be blacklisted from my commissions, as well as possibly banned from other artist's queues as well. AI generated artwork hurts human artists, and it is in mine and my fellow artist's best interest to report AI feeders to any respective channels.

NSFW Guildlines

NSFW artwork is any artwork involving triggering material, gore, nudity or sexual content.
1. I do NOT draw the following NSFW content:
Pedophilia / Lolicon / Cub / Foal
Zoophilia / Feral
Necrophilia
Animal genatalia (even on Anthros)
Aged up / Aged down characters
ABDL / Age Regression
Mixed species (Human x Anthro)

Nude Reference Sheets (with human genitals)4. Please message me before placing an NSFW commission. If I cannot meet your needs for a commission, you have already placed, I will refund your order. Refunds for NSFW commissions follow the same policy as listed under Payments, Payment Plans and Refunds.5. NSFW commissions are NOT accepted via Ko-Fi due to their own TOS. All NSFW commissions must be paid under PayPal invoice or discrete Ko-Fi donation.

Turnaround Time

1. Turnaround time is the time expected to finish a commission.
2. My turnaround time is typically very slow. I work night shift and therefore may be online at odd hours of the day. I also do many things outside of commissions.
3. Typically, I work on commissions on Fridays and Saturdays. On average a commission may take up to a month to complete or longer, depending on queue length and commission complexity. All times are discussed before the commission begins and are always subject to change.
4. I am a very busy person; however, I will not leave you in the dark. Please feel free to message me anytime about your progress or your position in the queue and I will do my best to answer.
5. Commissions are completed as I can do them in my schedule, and I do not take on large batches so I can avoid long wait times.
6. You will not get a refund because your commission is completed later than usual. You are welcome to request a refund per the policy seen under Payments, Payment Plans and Refunds.
